The first thing that happens when you hire us to work on your bathroom remodeling project is a home inspection exercise. We’ll visit your home to assess the scope and space requirements of the job. Upon reaching an agreement on the specifics of the design, we’ll help you obtain the necessary permits and approvals from the local design authorities. And then we’ll begin to work on your bathroom.

First, we’ll prepare the bathroom. Depending on the project, this may involve the messy job of demolition. Existing fixtures and cabinets may have to go. The old will have to make way for the new. This is also the best time to make changes to the plumbing and electrical system, if necessary. We’ll do all of these while ensuring that all building design codes are met.

Then comes the structural and construction phase. New walls may be installed and the general layout changed. Structural supports may be required to accommodate new design plans. Fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, showers, taps, etc. are fixed and the floors and tiling changed, if need be.
